Keeping Cool

Yogi and I went camping at Emerald Bay, Lake Tahoe this past weekend with a few friends from Sacramento. The daily temperature was around 82 degrees and sunny all day long. We did a little bit of everything from roasting marshmellows to hiking, fishing, swimming and even stopped by the casino for buffet and luck check with the slot machines :oD

Beautiful Emerald Bay campground, a pennisula that extends into the lake and surrounded by water on three sides. You can wake up to a goregous view of the lake every morning from various campsites.

Enjoying the stars and the marshmellows while we're at it.

Yogi, being himself I suppose.

Lower Eagle Falls at Emerald Bay

Vista point around the corner from our campsite.
